Your Three Login Credentials, Explained
When your account is activated, you receive three pieces of information by WhatsApp. Every setup on every device uses these same three fields. Keep them handy before you open any app.
Server URL
Also called the portal URL, host, or server address. This tells the app where to find your content.
Username
A unique identifier tied to your subscription. Case-sensitive. Copy it exactly as sent.
usernamePassword
Private and case-sensitive. Never share this with anyone outside your household.

Smart TV Setup (Samsung, LG, Sony, Hisense)
This method works on any Smart TV with an app store. It uses a compatible IPTV player and a browser-based activation link so you never need to type credentials with the remote.
Install the player from your TV's app store
Open the built-in app store on your TV and search for a compatible IPTV player such as IBO Player Pro, Smart IPTV, or Hot Player. Install one that is available in your region.
Open the app and note the MAC address
Launch the app. The home screen will display your TV's MAC address, formatted as six pairs of letters and numbers separated by colons. Write it down or photograph the screen.
Send the MAC address to our WhatsApp team
Message your MAC address on WhatsApp along with your order reference. We will link your VisionSmart subscription to that MAC so the player loads your channels automatically.
Restart the player on your TV
Close the app fully and reopen it. Within about thirty seconds, your channel list, EPG, and VOD library will load. No further input needed on the remote.
Set your favourites and you are finished
Browse to any category, press and hold on a channel to add it to favourites, and you are watching. If anything does not load, skip to the troubleshooting section below.
Amazon Fire Stick & Fire TV Cube
Works on every Fire Stick generation including Fire Stick 4K, 4K Max, and Fire TV Cube. Setup takes about five minutes.

Go to Settings, then My Fire TV, then Developer Options. Turn on Apps from Unknown Sources. On newer Fire Sticks this is under Install Unknown Apps.
Install the Downloader app
Return to the home screen. From the search bar, look for Downloader and install it. This free tool lets you install apps that are not in the Amazon store.
Open Downloader and enter a code or URL
Launch Downloader, tap the URL bar, and enter 395800 for Hot Player, or go to www.iptvsmarters.com for Smarters. Press Go and download the APK.
Install the player
When the download finishes, tap Install. Once installed, tap Done and delete the APK file when prompted to save storage space.
Choose Login with Xtream Codes API
Open the player. Select Add New User or Add Playlist, then choose Login with Xtream Codes API from the list of options.
Enter your three credentials
Fill in any name you like (for example "VisionSmart"), then enter the Server URL, Username, and Password we sent you. Tap Add User.
Start watching
The app will load your channels, VOD library, and EPG. Navigate to Live TV, Series, or Movies and press play. You are finished.
Android TV Box & Google TV (Shield, Chromecast, Sony)
Every Android-powered TV device supports the same players through the Google Play Store. No sideloading needed.
Open the Google Play Store
From your Android TV home screen, open the Play Store and search for IPTV Smarters PRO, Tivimate, or Bob Player.
Install and open the app
Tap Install. Once the download completes, launch the player from the Play Store or from your app list.
Accept the terms and add a user
Tap Accept Terms of Use, then Add New User. From the login options, select Login with Xtream Codes API.
Enter your credentials
Type any name for the playlist, then enter the Server URL, Username, and Password from your WhatsApp activation message.
Tap Add User and start watching
Your channel list and on-demand library will populate within seconds. Use the remote directional pad to navigate Live TV, Movies, and Series.
iPhone & iPad Setup
Requires iOS 14 or newer. The App Store carries several compatible players. Setup takes about three minutes.
Open the App Store
On your iPhone or iPad, open the App Store and search for Smarters Player Lite, Vu Player Pro, or IBO Player Pro.
Download and launch the app
Tap the cloud or Get button, authenticate with Face ID or Touch ID, and open the app once installed.
Choose Xtream Codes login
On the welcome screen, tap Login with Xtream Codes API. Avoid the M3U URL option unless you understand the difference.
Enter your three credentials
Enter any name for the playlist (for example "VisionSmart Home"), then paste in the Server URL, Username, and Password from WhatsApp. Hold down in the field to paste.
Tap Add User
The app loads your Live TV, Movies, and Series instantly. Cast to an Apple TV, an AirPlay speaker, or a TV via HDMI from an iPad.
Apple TV 4K & Apple TV HD
Requires tvOS 14 or newer. Apple TV has a smaller selection of IPTV players than iOS, but the ones available are excellent.
Open the App Store on Apple TV
From the Apple TV home screen, select the App Store and search for Smarters Player Lite or Vu Player Pro.
Install and open the app
Select Get to install, then open the app from the home screen.
Select Login with Xtream Codes API
On the welcome screen, choose the Xtream Codes API option. Typing on Apple TV is easier if you use the Remote app on your iPhone.
Enter your credentials
Enter any playlist name, then your Server URL, Username, and Password. Select Add User to finish.

Android Phone & Tablet
Works on any Android phone or tablet running Android 7 or newer. Setup is the quickest of any platform.
Open the Google Play Store
Search for IPTV Smarters PRO, Tivimate, or Hot Player and tap Install.
Launch the app and accept terms
Open the app from your home screen or app drawer. Accept the terms of use to continue.
Add a new user via Xtream Codes API
Tap Add New User, then Login with Xtream Codes API.
Enter your credentials
Input any playlist name, the Server URL, Username, and Password. Tap Add User to save.
Cast to a TV or watch on your phone
Use built-in Chromecast support to cast any stream to a compatible TV, or watch directly on your device.

Open MyTVOnline or DOL3
From your box's home screen, launch MyTVOnline 2, MyTVOnline 3, or DOL3 depending on your model.
Go to Menu, then Add Portal
Press the Menu button on your remote, select Connections, then Add Portal.
Name the portal and enable login
Enter a portal name such as VisionSmart. Toggle the Login Required switch to ON.
Enter your credentials
Fill in the Portal URL (this is your Server URL), Username, and Password. Double-check for typos.
Press Connect
The box will authenticate and load the EPG, Live TV list, and VOD library. You are watching in under a minute.
Windows PC & Mac Setup
Install a desktop IPTV player and log in with the same credentials you use on any other device. Useful for work travel or second-screen viewing.
Download IPTV Smarters PRO
Open a browser and go to www.iptvsmarters.com. Download the Windows or macOS installer for your system.
Run the installer
On Windows, run the downloaded .exe file and follow the prompts. On macOS, open the .dmg and drag the app to your Applications folder.
Launch the app and add a user
Open IPTV Smarters PRO. Click Add New User, then Login with Xtream Codes API.
Enter your credentials
Type a playlist name, then paste in your Server URL, Username, and Password. Click Add User.
Use the app or cast to a TV
Watch directly on your computer, or output to a TV via HDMI. Full-screen mode gives you the best view.
MAG Box Setup (MAG 254, 256, 322, 420, 520)
MAG boxes use a portal-based login. You provide us with your box's MAC address and we handle the server-side setup.
Power on your MAG box and find the MAC address
On the main menu, go to Settings, then System Settings, then About. Note your MAC address, displayed as six pairs of characters separated by colons.
Send your MAC address on WhatsApp
Message your MAC address to our support team along with your order reference. We link your subscription to that MAC on our server.
Open the portal settings on your MAG box
Go to Settings, then System Settings, then Servers, then Portals.
Enter the portal URL we provided
In Portal 1 URL, type the portal address we sent you on WhatsApp. Leave Portal 2 blank.
Save and restart the portal
Press OK to save. Return to the main menu and select Reload Portal. Your channel list and EPG will load within a minute.
Enigma2 Setup (Dreambox, Vu+, Zgemma)
Enigma2 boxes use bouquet files to load channel lists. The method is more technical than a consumer streaming stick, so our team handles most of the setup for you.
Confirm your box runs OpenATV, OpenPLi, or OE-Alliance
Most current Enigma2 images are supported. Check your image version in Menu, then Information, then About.
Send your box's IP address to our team
Find your IP under Menu, Setup, Network, Adapter Settings. Send it on WhatsApp along with your order reference.
We generate and send your bouquet file
Our team creates a custom bouquet file containing all your channels and sends it to you on WhatsApp as a downloadable link.
Upload the bouquet via FTP or the web interface
Use any FTP client (FileZilla, WinSCP) or the box's built-in web interface to upload the bouquet to /etc/enigma2/.
Reload your channel list
Press the Bouquet button on your remote. Your VisionSmart channels will appear as a new bouquet. You are ready to watch.
Which IPTV Player Should You Use?
All of these apps work with your VisionSmart subscription. Your choice depends on your device, your region's app store, and whether you prefer a free app or one with a small one-off activation fee.
Hot Player
Fast, lightweight, and free. Use Downloader code 395800 to install on Fire Stick and Android devices. Supports Xtream Codes, EPG, and 4K playback.
IBO Player Pro
Available globally on Smart TV stores and the App Store. Uses MAC-based activation with a small one-off licence fee paid to the app, not to us.
Bob Player
A polished alternative with a clean interface. Free on the Play Store and via Downloader. Strong EPG and catch-up support.
IPTV Smarters PRO
Free on the Play Store and as a direct download. Clean interface, full EPG support, built-in VOD. The default recommendation for most households.
Tivimate
Widely regarded as the best EPG experience on Android. Free tier available; premium unlocks recording and customisation. Supports Xtream Codes.
Smarters Player Lite
The iOS equivalent of IPTV Smarters PRO. Free on the App Store. Supports AirPlay, Picture-in-Picture, and background audio.
Vu Player Pro
A premium iOS player with a sleek interface. Small one-off fee paid to the app. Excellent performance on Apple devices with 4K HDR support.
Quick Troubleshooting Fixes
Ninety percent of setup issues are fixed by one of the steps below. Work through them in order before messaging support.
Check your internet speed
IPTV needs a stable 15 Mbps connection for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K. Run a speed test on the device you are streaming on, not on another device.
Verify your credentials character by character
Server URL, username, and password are case-sensitive. A single wrong character will block login. Copy and paste from WhatsApp when possible.
Restart your device and router
Unplug your router for thirty seconds, then plug it back in. Reboot the device you are streaming on. This resolves a surprising number of playback issues.
Update your IPTV player
Old app versions cause stream compatibility errors. Check the app store for an update, or reinstall the player if no update is available.
Try a VPN if a channel will not load
Some broadband connections throttle streaming traffic. A basic VPN restores full-speed delivery. Our service is fully VPN-compatible.
Clear the player's cache
In your device settings, find the player app and clear its cache. This forces a fresh channel list download and fixes stale EPG data.
Switch to wired ethernet if possible
Wi-Fi drops, especially on 2.4 GHz, cause most live TV freezing issues. A wired ethernet connection eliminates this almost entirely.
