Single‑Stream Policy: Your subscription entitles you to use the Service on multiple personal devices (e.g., Smart TV, phone, tablet, Fire Stick). However, only one device may stream content at any given time. If you attempt to start a second stream while one is already active, the second stream will simply not play. This is a technical limitation of the subscription and not a penalty or suspension.
4. Third‑Party Purchases
Any transactions or purchases made through third‑party vendors found on our platform are solely between you and the vendor. Vision Smart is not responsible for third‑party transactions.
5. Streaming Quality & Performance
The quality of your streaming experience depends on multiple factors, including:
- Your internet speed and stability
- The capabilities of your device
- The number of devices connected to the same network
- Your geographic location
While we strive to provide high‑quality streams, Vision Smart cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to these external factors.
6. Subscription Payments & Refund Policy
All subscription payments are final. Subscriptions do not automatically renew unless explicitly agreed upon during purchase.
We offer a 3‑day money‑back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first three (3) days of your paid subscription, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team. Refund requests made after this period will be considered at our sole discretion.
Refunds are not available for subsequent renewal periods or for accounts that have violated these Terms.
7. VPN & Proxy Usage
Using a VPN or proxy server is permitted when connecting to Vision Smart. However, misuse of VPN services to bypass geographical restrictions or violate terms may result in restricted access or account termination.
8. Accuracy of Information
All information provided to Vision Smart must be accurate, complete, and up to date. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Vision Smart will never request your password. Any unauthorized activity on your account is your responsibility.
9. Device Compatibility
To access our services, you must use devices that meet our system and compatibility requirements. Vision Smart does not guarantee functionality on all devices. Before subscribing, please check our website for supported devices.
10. Internet Service & Data Usage
Users are responsible for any internet or data costs associated with accessing Vision Smart. Your network provider may charge fees for high data usage.
11. Watching on Multiple Devices at the Same Time
Each subscription allows streaming on one device at a time. You can install and use the Service on as many personal devices as you like, but only one stream can be active simultaneously. If you try to start a second stream while one is already playing, the second stream will not work.
If you need to watch on multiple devices at the same time—for example, different family members watching different channels in separate rooms—you will need an additional subscription for each simultaneous stream.

12. Purchase & Payment Details
Purchases must follow the ordering procedures outlined on the Vision Smart website. Pricing, payment methods, and delivery details are subject to change without prior notice. We do not store full payment card details on our servers; payments are processed by secure third‑party payment processors.
13. Service Downtime & Suspension
At times, access to Vision Smart may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- System maintenance
- Unexpected server outages
- Network disruptions beyond our control
Additionally, Vision Smart reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if a user violates these Terms and Conditions, engages in fraudulent activities, or misuses the service.
14. Legal Compliance & Termination
Vision Smart reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the service without prior notice if:

The Vision Smart logo, brand name, graphics, and website content are the exclusive property of Vision Smart. These assets cannot be copied, downloaded, or used without prior written permission. Unauthorized use may lead to legal action.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VISION SMART DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.
17. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VISION SMART BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL VISION SMART'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
18. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
