At Vision Smart, we want you to feel confident when you subscribe. If you are not completely satisfied within the first 3 days of your paid subscription, you may be eligible for a full refund. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.
1. 3‑Day Money‑Back Guarantee
We offer a 3‑day money‑back guarantee on all new subscriptions. This guarantee applies only to your very first subscription payment with Vision Smart.
To be eligible, your refund request must be received within 3 calendar days of your initial subscription purchase.
2. No Refunds After 3 Days
After the 3‑day guarantee period has expired, all payments are final and non‑refundable. We do not offer partial refunds, prorated refunds, or refunds on renewal payments.
3. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Granted
Even within the 3‑day guarantee period, refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- You do not like the channel lineup or the selection of content.
- You have found another service and simply changed your mind.
- You refuse to apply the troubleshooting solutions provided by our support team for any technical issues you are experiencing.
- You previously used a free trial and then decided to purchase a paid subscription.
- Your account has been suspended or terminated for violating our Terms & Conditions.
Important: Refunds are strictly limited to the 3‑day window. We encourage you to use our free trial (if available) to evaluate the Service before committing to a paid subscription.
4. How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted via WhatsApp. Please send us a message with your request, and our team will review your eligibility.
To help us process your request quickly, please include:
- The email address or phone number associated with your subscription
- The date you purchased the subscription
- A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund

5. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved, we initiate the refund within 1 week. After we process the refund on our end, the time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends entirely on your payment method and financial institution.
- For credit and debit card payments, refunds typically appear within 5 to 15 business days.
- In some cases, depending on your bank, it may take slightly longer. Any delays beyond our processing are the responsibility of the payment provider and your bank.
Please note: Vision Smart is the IPTV service provider, not the payment processor. We do not have control over the banking system's internal processing timelines. We will provide confirmation when the refund has been initiated on our side.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first via WhatsApp. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card provider without contacting us first, your account will be immediately and permanently terminated, and you will be banned from making any future purchases with Vision Smart.
We take payment disputes seriously. Unauthorized chargebacks create significant administrative burdens. We encourage you to reach out to us directly so we can address your concerns without the need for a dispute.
